Bryson DeChambeau has mystified so many golf fans -- including many weekend hackers -- with his single-length set of irons, all of which have their own names. All of them are 37.5 inches long, the length of the 6-iron, so that the U.S. Amateur and NCAA men's individual champion can make the same swing with all of them.
The theory, inspired by Homer Kelley's "The Golfing Machine," makes a lot of sense, and it's something a number of amateur players want to try for themselves. Soon, they'll be able to do just that.

Edel Golf, which made DeChambeau's original single-length irons, is coming out with a single-length iron set in the summer of 2016. We don't know if the clubs will have number markings on them or, as DeChambeau does, markings with lofts, like found on Ben Hogan irons.
No word yet from the company on a specific release date or pricing, but, rest assured, the company knows they'll have a line of golfers waiting to give them a try.
