While enthusiasts and onlookers are buzzing about the debut of the first electric Abarth, now just around the corner, Fiat is announcing something else at the 2022 Los Angeles Motor Show. For North America the 500e arrivesthe successful electric car from the Turin-based company which also aims to conquer the overseas market with a recipe which is today the spearhead of the entire Stellantis Group.
The Fiat 500e is ready to become an icon in North America too

With these words the CEO of Fiat and CMO Global of Stellantis Olivier Francois greeted the news of the forthcoming debut in North America of our battery-powered jewel. The announcement was made in the last few hours, on the occasion of the Los Angeles Auto Show 2022, in which Fiat made the news of the debut of the 500e outside Europe, in the United States of America to be precise. This global journey will take place shortly, because they will be available in American dealerships starting from the first months of 2024a start that we do not exclude may soon also involve its cousin, the electric 500 Abarth, which will be unveiled as a world premiere on Tuesday 22 November to soon enter the Fiat price list.
500e: the one-offs signed by Armani, Kartell and Bvlgari
And so, a few days after the presentation of the new Abarth 2023 range, customers in the United States can prepare to welcome the 500e, whose official debut is scheduled for next year, at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2023 which will be followed by the availability of the first units in the first quarter of 2024, as pointed out by Olivier Fracois on the stage during the related press conference. On this same occasion, to reflect some of the principles that characterize the brand and Italy itself, le three 500e one-offs signed Armani, Kartell and Bvlgari. It is a trio of symbolic cars, which represent and embody the three souls of the 500e: fashion, design and luxury.
There 500 Giorgio Armani is in the sign of tailoring and sustainability, reflected in a matt paint with a gray-green silk effect, with the GA logo characterizing the wheels and the soft top, and with the seat upholstery in natural leather embellished with various characteristic details of the craftsmanship. Among the peculiarities of 500 Kartellan icon of Italian industrial design, the “monoblock colour”, Kartell blue with a mirror effect, or the Kabuki pattern for interiors, where minimalism is the protagonist.
Last but not least the one-off B.500 “MAI TROPPO” by Bvlgari, a car-jewel with interiors embellished with unique details and finishes, a “saffron” color micalized paint and leather seats with “Diva” pattern, with gold details and foulard inserts. The icing? The three stones of amethyst, topaz and citrine, set in a removable brooch placed in the center of the steering wheel.
