Add a grind of pepper and wait for the water to boil.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.

You can sweeten it to your liking with honey.

Herbal tea cinnamon, centella and Russian

This herbal tea is useful for the drainage of body fluids and therefore for the well-being of our blood vessels.

Ingredients

  • 10 g of cinnamon sticks
  • 10 g of centella leaves
  • 10 g of ruscus leaves
  • 10 g of birch leaves
  • 10 g of mint leaves
  • honey

Preparation
Take 250 ml of water and bring it to a boil. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes or more, sweeten to your liking; better if with a teaspoon of honey.

You just have to equip yourself with cinnamon and make your body happy!
